Our newly developed Paddock Field has a mix of electric and non-electric tent camping and 3 hard standing pitches for caravans and campervans.

We have a spacious central area to relax and enjoy the outdoors, as well as toilet and bin areas.  Access to designated, biomass-heated showers are located just next door on George’s Field along with water and washing up facilities. 

The field has a one-way ring road, parking and recreation space for a safe, fun and family-friendly camping experience.

Our Ellrigg Field is for those that really want to enjoy some real camping. This field is for non-electric tents with one hard standing pitch for either a caravan or campervan.

Here you can disconnect from the world, rewild, restore and enjoy the beauty of our Estate and the surrounding views. It really is the place to switch off. 

This site has toilet, shower and bin facilities, a designated family camping area and a one-way road for ease and safety.

Whilst camping with us, we want you to enjoy, relax, make memories and reconnect with the natural world around you. To facilitate this, we ask that whilst staying at Blaithwaite you respect those around you –  other guests, staff, our family and locals. 

We are first and foremost a family-friendly site but welcome singles, couples and groups too. To ensure a wonderful, relaxing stay for all, please be courteous to each other’s wishes.  Although we cannot please everyone, we have created our site rules that will hopefully benefit everyone. 

Please be responsible and respect the environment. Pick up your rubbish, be mindful when using a naked flame and leave without a trace.
