Expanding our offering

Our Estate is expanding!

We are finally able to fill you in on what’s been happening on the estate!

From new accommodation, memberships, eating and drinking and more.

New accommodation

We are really excited to let you all know that we have now added two new types of lodges to our already diverse range of accommodation options. Two woodland lodges, able to accommodate up to four people each, will open on the 1st of April. The contemporary, open-plan lodges will each have a large living space, kitchen diner area, two impressive bedrooms and will benefit from huge amounts of natural light and surrounding countryside.

An additional hexicabin, named Cedar Cottage, accommodating two people, will combine cottage cosiness with cabin charm making it perfect for romantic getaways. Built from cedar combined with wood from the Estate, the bespoke designed, British built cabin will have a pitched roof and a small patio area. The inside will be bright and spacious with a high ceiling and modern country-style interiors including a warming log fire. The hexicabin will be openening in May.

Each lodge will come with its own private enclosed area complete with a hot tub and views across the Solway.

Blaithwaite Estate Membership to launch soon

Our all-new annual Blaithwaite membership will give you unlimited access to over 80-acres of our Estate and actively encourage you to engage in our conservation work.

With numerous walking trails to roam, the Blaithwaite membership will include access to wetlands, woodlands and fields as well as the use of the Estate for picnics and activities such as a play park, crazy golf and giant chess.

The membership will include 10% off all our activities and events throughout the year, 5% off in our brand new cafe and farm shop, and the opportunity to take part in two conservation days per year.

All funds from the membership will go towards the maintenance and restoration of our ancient woodlands, increasing biodiversity through conservation work and ensuring the estate grounds can be enjoyed for future generations.

If you would like to know more, why not join us on our first ever Estate Day on Sunday 10th April from 2-4 pm.
